When your order is ready, we work with Print-On-Demand Company, who will prepare your order and ship to your mentioned delivery address. You will be informed regarding the delivery time when the item is dispatched.

Returns:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of your purchase. The deadline is calculated from the day you received the item. If the order is delivered partly, the withdrawal deadline applies from the day you receive the last item.

Warranty:
You have a 2 year warranty under the Buying Act. If you are unlucky to receive a damaged or incorrect item in relation to your order, you must respond within a reasonable time after you have found the error or defect. Complaints about visible defects and deficiencies that should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Bethel.ART within 1 weeks after this has been discovered. The goods can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or any credit according to agreement.

Returns:

If you choose to return a product, it must be in the same condition and quantity as on receipt. Similarly, the item must be returned in intact original or similar packaging. Goods returned must always be accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Once we have received the goods returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account

Returns are done by sending the goods to our address or delivering the goods to us personally. In case of personal delivery, an agreement must be made beforehand. Sufficient information must follow the package, for example a copy of the invoice.
